We find immense pleasure engaging males (ages13-60) online or in-person if genuinely interested in successfully walking out a purpose focused life. The foundation for our male coaching is always biblically based (Psalm 1 & Prov. 3:5-6) and strongly focused on helping clients examine their unique design, current posture in life, personal goals, helpful course corrections, and forward pathway options to achieve inspired healthy living. We partner with our clients to pursue desired outcomes without destructiveness.
We offer a range of 1:1 and small group coaching options that include, but not limited to: youth mentoring, purpose focused living, leadership development, biblical obedience, financial health, career & educational growth, marriage & family growth, criminal avoidance, etc. We are also open to explore other options to support unique priority outcomes you may share.

As a Christ follower of many years, Coach Ward successfully achieved a MS in Organizational Leadership and BA in Mass Communications. Additionally, Ward served decades as a private and government sector senior leader in places like Juvenile Justice, Child and Family Services, Mental Health, Unaccompanied Refugee Minors, Superior Court, etc. until his retirement of January 2022.
Coach Ward successfully used a myriad of unique strategies that provoked leadership skills, successful living, and good outcomes for many. Whether connecting with males through church atmospheres, online, high schools, colleges, urban communities, group homes, detention centers, probation, family settings, and/or mental health treatment, he always remain committed to helping folks move forward in life.
He's most certainly been blessed for many years with a great wife, 4 adult darling daughters, 3 talented surrogate sons, an amazing son-in-love & 2 cheerful grandsons!
